Delivery

We are a small independent brand and process all orders on a daily basis and do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as possible. We are not A M A Z O N though and we can't match their delivery times ;-) So please allow 5 working days for delivery. Any concerns or queries please email us at hello@dowsedesign.co.uk

Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following working day.  

Small, letterbox sized items are sent via Royal Mail in the UK.

We send all other orders by DHL. This service for this is £6.50.

We use DHL as we've found them the safest, fastest & most reliable.
The shipping is estimated to cover packing fragile items well, so we can use a larger safer box and ensure things arrive safely. 
It's a flat fee, so no matter how much you order, it's the same price.

International Customers

We no longer handle our international orders through our own website. Please visit our boutique page on Trouva.com to order internationally. We have chosen to work through them for international orders so the shipping rates are more favourable and the customs process is smoother for you.

Please note the prices will look different on Trouva as they will include duty & fees incurred in your territory. This is for you to see the real cost to purchase from the UK.
