Delivery

We are a small independent business and process all orders on a daily basis. We do our best to get your orders out to you the next working day. At certain times of year this can't be possible, but we aim to dispatch as quickly as possible. 

But we're not A M A Z O N and we can't match their delivery times ;-)

So please allow 5 working days for delivery. Any concerns or queries please email us at hello@dowsedesign.co.uk

Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following working day.  

Small, letterbox sized items are sent via Royal Mail in the UK.

We send all other orders by DHL. This service for this is £6.50.

We use DHL as we've found them the safest, fastest & most reliable.
The shipping is estimated to cover packing fragile items well, so we can use a larger safer box and ensure things arrive safely. 

It's a flat fee, so no matter how much you order, it's the same price! 

Click & Collect option also available at check out to either our Brighton or Worthing shop.
