Deliveries

We are a small independent business and process orders on a daily basis. 

We do our best to get your orders out to you within 48 hours, but please allow 5 working days for your order to be dispatched. 

Please remember we're not A M A Z O N and we can't match their delivery times ;-)

Shipping

Small letterbox sized items: Royal Mail 1st class untracked - £3.60
All other orders:  DHL next day delivery for mainland UK - £6.50
DHL 48 hours for Northern Island and Channel Islands - £6.50

We only use DHL as we've found them the safest, fastest & most reliable.
The shipping is estimated to cover packing fragile items well, so we can use a larger safer box and ensure things arrive safely. 

It's a flat fee, so no matter how much you order, it's the same price :-) 

Free Pickup in store is available at check out for all of our shops. 

 

International Customers
