Gemini Express Espresso Moka Pot - various colours

A design classic. The Gemini Express is an Italian stovetop moka pot, a design dating to the 1960s, that brews directly into cups placed on its base rather than into an upper chamber. 

This version works on induction hobs as well as gas, ceramic and electric, and brews two standard cups or one stronger cup using the included reducer filter.

The Gemini Express works differently from a standard moka pot. Rather than collecting coffee in an upper chamber for pouring, it dispenses directly into the cups on its base. The boiler heats the water, which passes up through the coffee funnel and down into the cups below. The included reducer filter fits inside the funnel and changes the brew depending on how you use it.

2 cups standard: fill the boiler and funnel with coarse ground coffee

1 cup strong: insert the reducer filter and fill the boiler halfway

2 cups lighter: insert the reducer filter and fill the boiler fully

Use coarse ground coffee only. Do not use fine ground or filter coffee

Maximum cup height: 5.5 cm
