Sliced down and spiced up, these white pickled onions are the outlaws you didn't know you needed. Made with fresh onions (not the pre-brined imported stuff), so they keep a proper crunch instead of going soft in the jar.
Elevates everything and anything. Bang them in bagels, butties and burgers.
Built for the big, savoury stuff. Heat plus crunch in a bacon roll, layered into a burger, alongside slow-cooked pork, or stirred through mac and cheese for a kick. Straight from the jar also entirely acceptable.
The heat comes from dried red chilly flakes. It's a warm hum, not a sweat-it-out burn — enough to wake a sandwich up without taking over.
The sliced format means they actually layer into a sandwich instead of rolling off it.
