Tahiti Lime Marmalade

Single Variety Co's uses Tahitian limes for this delicious marmalade. The limes are sliced to a medium shred and then cooked slowly to soften. We add sugar then boil quickly until setting point is reached.

The flavour is of fresh limes, bitter, and sweet, and is perfect for all marmalade lovers!

This marmalade has a traditional firm set and is the perfect breakfast marmalade for toast.
